Because each candle and wax melt is handmade, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges for change of mind, fragrance preference, or used products.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours at broughmanscandleco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
