Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We carefully package every order, but once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Warm Weather Notice: Candles and wax melts may soften or melt during transit in hot temperatures. While this does not affect the quality or performance of the product, please allow your order to return to room temperature before opening or using it.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Broughman's Candle Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact broughmanscandleco@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.
